A booking cancellation request can be submitted at any time, but no later than 12 hours before the rental starts. Requests are processed during office hours: 09:00–18:00, UTC+6.
Fines and tolls received during the rental period are paid by the renter. We can help with payment if needed.
The rental period starts from the moment the vehicle is received. One rental day equals 24 hours. If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed time, delays of up to 1 hour are charged hourly. A delay of more than 1 hour is counted as an additional rental day.
In case of an accident or breakdown, contact your assigned manager immediately. They will explain the next steps and help organize the necessary assistance.
A rental extension is possible if the car is available for the required dates.
Smoking is prohibited. Pets must be transported in a carrier or with a protective cover. Heavy cleaning is charged separately.
